Fort Gibraltar played a crucial role in the development of the Red River Colony and in the conflict between the North West Company and the Hudson\u2019s Bay Company. <\/span><\/h2><div id=\"\" class=\"x-text\" style=\"\" ><p>During the summer, Fort Gibraltar is a historical site featuring colorful characters living to the beat of 1815. Our guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Fort Gibraltar is located 5 minutes from downtown.
